Homeschooled Kids Blog Carnival #23

Homeschooling Ideas Blog Posted on August 2, 2011 by julieAugust 2, 2011

It is time to grab some popcorn and settle down for another edition of the homeschooled kids blog carnival.

Grab yourself some popcorn and settle down for a great read!

Here we are at the 23rd edition of the Homeschooled Kids Blog Carnival. As you know,  we always start with our new bloggers, to give them the best possible welcome.

Only one new blogger this edition and that is Eli who tells us about a home-schoolers life. Looking forward to seeing more from you on this carnival Eli.

Everyone  seems to be enjoying the summer and getting out and about.

Benny went to fiddle camp.

Unicorn went camping.

LifeinStories has been visiting the Statue of Liberty.

PetersPonderings has been having some summer fun.

ADJ took a trip to the zoo.

Lots of you have been reading or watching movies.

PurplePixie shares some movie reviews.

Q has written a book review about The Easter Egg Farm.  I loved the washcloth bunny.

Or writing your own stories!

Kitten is writing ‘The Pale Warrier’ – this is chapter one. Check out her blog for more chapters.

Some of you have been lego building!

ScienceBear’s lego figure needs some help!

Christopher uses lego to tell us the difference between alligators and crocodiles.

Don’t forget to check out Homeschooling-ideas lego projects too!

And some of you have interesting things to tell us.

Katelyn is  home again. And tells us about her life.

Laura Ashley wins a Kindle. Congratulations and happy reading!

Gecko explains all about the number 0.

Soccercat makes funny faces with vegetables – yes really! There are pictures to prove it.

MentalWeight is learning about Ted Rage. Follow the link to play a game.

StoryGirl wishes up a happy Fourth of July.

Araya‘s pal Lisbeth shares her favorite horse quotes.

A last blog post from Arkane to tell you she has moved to DeviantArt.

Thank you all for joining in the Kids Blog Carnival. I hope you get lots of visits and comments – and are back again next time.

That is it for this edition of the Homeschooled Kids Blog Carnival.

The next carnival is at the end of September 2011.
